# Vink > Vink turns any PDF, typed, scanned or handwritten, into clean data for your systems. People only check the values Vink isn't sure about, and nothing is sent without approval. Automated data entry (document data extraction) for operations and admin teams, Netherlands first. ## Facts - Input: PDF, up to 10 MB and 20 pages each. Upload several at once, or email PDF attachments to a Form's own Intake Address. - Output: signed JSON webhook (HMAC-SHA256, `X-Vink-Signature: t=,v1=`), keyed by the team's own Fields, with retries and test-send. - Review: every value shows what was read and on which page; values below the Review Threshold are flagged Needs Review. Auto-Send is off by default. - Data: stored in the EU; deleted 30 days after sending by default (configurable 1 to 365 days); Data Rows (optional, off by default) stay until an Admin deletes them. Subprocessors include two in the United States (TypeSafe, Resend); payments go through Stripe, also in the United States. - No templates: describe your Fields, or let Vink propose them from one example. ## Integrations Approved Submissions go out as a signed JSON POST (the Webhook) to any HTTPS endpoint attached to their Form, so Vink connects to any system that can receive HTTPS. These standard integrations work today, each with a step-by-step guide on the Developers page: - [Google Sheets, built in](https://vink.page/en/developers#google-sheets): built into Vink, needs a free Google account; Vink adds each approved Submission as rows to a sheet it makes in your Google Drive, or to a tab of a sheet you already have (picked in Google's file picker; values go under the columns headed by the Field keys). - [n8n, via webhook](https://vink.page/en/developers#n8n): free when self-hosted, n8n Cloud is paid (Webhook node). - [Make, via webhook](https://vink.page/en/developers#make): works on Make's free plan (Webhooks app, Custom webhook trigger); a Vink app for Make is coming soon. - [Zapier, via webhook](https://vink.page/en/developers#zapier): needs a paid Zapier plan (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook trigger); a Vink app for Zapier is coming soon. ## AI agents (MCP) A user can connect their own AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth) to Vink. The plain-language overview is at https://vink.page/en/integrate/ai-agents. - Connect: add the MCP server `https://vink.page/mcp`. The client signs in with OAuth (authorization code with PKCE); the user signs in to Vink, picks the Organisation and approves. That is an Agent Connection: the agent acts as that user, every change is recorded as the user "via agent", and the user or an Admin can revoke it. - Tools: `send_submission` sends a PDF, photo, email, spreadsheet or Word file in (optionally for one Form); `get_submission` reads its state and Field Values, with `wait` (up to 25 s) to hold until the Extraction ends; `correct_fields` corrects Field Values; `change_form` moves it to another Form; `reject` marks it Rejected; `approve` gives Approval; `list_forms` and `get_form_schema` read the Forms and their Fields; `propose_form` and `get_form_proposal` let an Admin's agent have Vink propose Fields for a new Form (an Admin saves it as a Form in the app); `list_integrations`, `get_deliveries` and `retry_delivery` let an Admin's agent check that an approved Submission reached its Integrations and send a failed Delivery again; `get_usage` reads the Credits left this period; `list_data_rows` reads a Form's Data Rows (the approved data Vink keeps when an Admin turns on Keeping Data), per Submission or per List entry, to build a dashboard or report. `send_submission` takes an optional `reference`, your own id, sent with every Delivery. - Typical loop: `send_submission`, then `get_submission` with `wait` until it leaves `processing`. Read `fields`: each value has its `confidence` and `needs_review`. Fix unsure values with `correct_fields`. Call `approve` only when the Form allows Agent Approval (an Admin switches it on per Form, off by default) and nothing still needs review; otherwise a person approves in Vink. - The Payload (what Integrations receive) is readable only after Approval; Field Values are readable before. - API Key vs Agent Connection: an API Key (made by an Admin, for a program without a user) can send Submissions in, read their Field Values, read Forms, manage Subscriptions, list Integrations and their Deliveries, and send a failed Delivery again (`POST /v1/deliveries/{id}/retry`), and read a Form's Data Rows (`GET /v1/forms/{id}/data-rows`), but it cannot correct, move, reject or approve a Submission or make Form Proposals. An Agent Connection can do all of that with its user's rights; when its user is an Admin it can also list Integrations, read Deliveries and send a failed one again. It cannot manage Subscriptions, save a Form, or set up Integrations. ## Pricing (EUR, excl. VAT) - Free start: 200 credits once, no credit card. - 1 page = 10 credits. One PDF page, one email or one photo costs 10 credits, so a 10-page PDF costs 100 credits. - Starter: 2,000 credits/month, €49/month, or €39/month billed annually. Extra credits: €0.030 each. - Team: 6,000 credits/month, €99/month, or €79/month billed annually. Extra credits: €0.020 each. - Business: 20,000 credits/month, €249/month, or €199/month billed annually. An Admin can turn it on with a monthly maximum; past the plan's credits, Vink keeps reading and bills the extra credits afterwards, one invoice per month. - Custom: more than 50,000 credits/month: contact us (https://vink.page/en/contact). - Every plan includes everything: unlimited users, all Forms and Fields, review and Approval, webhook Integrations, keeping data in Vink (Data Rows, readable through MCP and the API). - Integration service: Vink builds the connection to your system, from €799, a fixed price agreed before we start. ## Links - [Home](https://vink.page/en) - [Features](https://vink.page/en/features) - [Pricing](https://vink.page/en/pricing) - [Pricing as Markdown](https://vink.page/pricing.md) - [Full fact sheet with every page's questions and answers](https://vink.page/llms-full.txt) - [Start with one process: which process to automate first, and how to connect it](https://vink.page/en/start-with-one-process) - [Which process to automate first: a four question checklist](https://vink.page/en/which-process-to-automate-first) - [Connect your system: the ways to connect, and what the integration service costs](https://vink.page/en/connect-your-system) - [Process purchase invoices without retyping](https://vink.page/en/process-purchase-invoices) - [Automate order processing from emails and PDFs](https://vink.page/en/automate-order-processing) - [Extract data from PDF into Google Sheets](https://vink.page/en/pdf-data-to-google-sheets) - [Digitise handwritten forms](https://vink.page/en/digitise-handwritten-forms) - [Digitise delivery notes](https://vink.page/en/digitise-delivery-notes) - [Automate the back office, one document flow at a time](https://vink.page/en/automate-back-office) - [Integrate: the ways to connect Vink to your systems, and the integration service](https://vink.page/en/integrate) - [AI agents: connect Claude, ChatGPT or another agent over MCP, for business owners](https://vink.page/en/integrate/ai-agents) - [Developers: Payload, signature, retries](https://vink.page/en/developers) - [Guides: Google Sheets, n8n, Make and Zapier](https://vink.page/en/developers#platforms) - [API reference](https://vink.page/en/developers/api) - [For AI agents: connect over MCP](https://vink.page/en/developers/api#agents) - [Terms, data and subprocessors](https://vink.page/en/terms) - [Privacy policy](https://vink.page/en/privacy) - [Parseur alternative: Vink and Parseur compared, price per plan and features](https://vink.page/en/parseur-alternative) - [Blog](https://vink.page/en/blog) - [What does manual data entry cost?
