What counts as a page
One page of a PDF is one page. It counts once, when Vink accepts the PDF for reading.
A retry after a failed read, or moving a Document to another Form, is free.

Questions about pricing
No. Every plan has unlimited users. You pay for pages, not seats.
One page of a PDF. A Document counts its pages once, when Vink accepts it for reading. Retries after a failed read are free.
A new PDF that doesn't fit your remaining pages is refused at upload, with a clear message. Everything already uploaded keeps working. You can upgrade, or add a top-up of €10 per 100 pages that lasts until the end of the billing period.
No. Your pages renew at the start of each billing period, and unused pages expire.

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month, annual plans at the end of the year. The 20 free pages need no card and have no end date.
Stored in the EU and deleted 30 days after sending by default. The Security page lists every subprocessor and its region.
