What does it cost to have an API integration built?

At Vink the integration service costs from €799, a fixed price we agree up front.

Agencies rarely name a price, because the work depends on how many systems there are and how complex they are. That is true for us as well. So we look at your system and your data first, and only then name one fixed price. Connect it yourself and you pay nothing extra: every Integration is part of every plan.

How to connect Vink to your system yourself

Pick a way, add it to your Form and send a test message.

    Pick how you connect

    A spreadsheet for an overview, your workflow tool for a workflow, or the webhook for your own system.

  2. 2

    Add the Integration to your Form

    You pick a spreadsheet inside Vink. For a workflow tool you paste the webhook URL the tool gives you.

  3. 3

    Send a test message

    Vink sends an example with your own fields. You see what arrives before any real document goes out.

  4. 4

    Check the signature

    Every message is signed, so your system knows it comes from Vink. When a message fails, Vink tries again.

  5. 5

    Approve the first real document

    After your approval the data goes to every Integration of that Form at once.

Your data lands in your own system. How it gets there is up to you.

  • A spreadsheet is built in. You sign in and pick a sheet.
  • A workflow tool receives the data through the webhook, with a guide for each tool.
  • Your developer uses the signed webhook or the API.

Questions about connecting

Any system that can receive data over HTTPS. A spreadsheet is built into Vink. A workflow tool works through the webhook, and through that tool you reach many other apps. Has your ERP or accounting package no endpoint? Then the integration service builds a step in between.
